By accessing or using the website at codebrewservices.com (“the Site”) or engaging Code Brew Services Pty Ltd (ABN 77 683 604 051) (“Code Brew Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use our Site or services.
2. Services
Code Brew Services provides enterprise IT consulting including but not limited to: software engineering, cloud modernisation (AWS/GCP), AI and machine learning integration, cybersecurity consulting and penetration testing, DevOps and site reliability engineering, and data engineering. All services are delivered pursuant to a separate written agreement, statement of work, or engagement letter executed between Code Brew Services and the client. These Terms govern your use of the Site only and do not supersede any executed service agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, code samples, case studies, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Code Brew Services Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent. Client logos displayed on our Site are trademarks of their respective owners and are used with permission or for identification purposes only.
4. Use of the Site
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Australian law.
